Pre-K Fundays Enrichment Option<\/strong> (not included in monthly tuition)
\nMonday Funday and Friday Fun are offered on a drop-in basis for those students wanting a bit longer school day with enrichment activities. Fundays are from 11:45-1:00, and involve an additional fee. Participating students are walked over to the church by a staff member to join the K-2 students for lunch (parent provided), followed by enrichment activities such as free play, science activities, games, art and various projects. Each Funday session costs $10 and parents may sign up week-to-week, as desired.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Payment:<\/strong> Tuition may be paid in the main office by way of check or cash, or you can use our online management system Brightwheel. Please be advised that Brightwheel does charge fees for all payments. We have a sibling discount of 3% off youngest child\u2019s tuition. If you wish to pay for the entire year of tuition in full in September, a discount of 1% will be applied. Late Fee: Tuition is due by the 5th of each month. If full payment is not received by the end of the day on the 5th, a $50.00 late fee will be applied if arrangements are not made with the director Seanna Bloemer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Financial Aid:<\/strong> Applications are required annually, and priority is given to returning families. Application must be accompanied by this registration form, and all applications are located in the main office.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Fees<\/strong>:\u00a0 There is a registration fee of $240.00, refundable only if CTVLS cannot provide a spot. Classes are subject to minimum\/maximum enrollment numbers. There is also a non-refundable $165.00 curriculum and materials fee, per child, due with the first month\u2019s tuition.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Refunds for Students Withdrawing from school:<\/strong> \u00a0 Tuition payments are made in advance and will be refunded based on a prorated scale to account for the educational cost per child up to the date of withdrawal. Written Notice of withdrawal must be submitted 30 days prior to departure or the month\u2019s tuition is forfeited.<\/p>\n

Immunizations:<\/strong> Every child age 3-16 entering Oregon public or private schools must present evidence that immunizations are current.
