Tuition & Fees for the 2025-26 School Year

Preschool 3’s class   Tue/Thu   8:45 to 11:45 a.m. –  $310.00/mo

• Preschoolers must have had their 3^rd birthday by Sept 1^st

Pre K class   Mon/Wed/Fri   8:45 to 11:45 a.m.  – $368.00/mo

• Pre K’s must have had their 4^th birthday by Sept 1^st

Pre K class – 4 day option   Mon/Wed/Fri plus Tue or Thu   8:45 to 11:45 a.m.  – $425.00/mo

• Pre K’s must have had their 4^th birthday by Sept 1^st

Pre-K Fundays enrichment option (not included in monthly tuition)

• “Monday Funday” and “Friday Fun” are offered on a drop-in basis for those students wanting a bit longer school day with enrichment activities. Fundays are from 11:45-1:00. There is an additional fee for Fundays. Students are walked over to the church by a staff member to join the K-2 students for lunch (parent provided), followed by enrichment activities such as free play, science activities, games, art and various projects. Each session costs $10 and parents may sign up week to week as desired.

1/2 Day Kindergarten  Mon – Fri   8:30 to  12:30 p.m. – $550.00/mo

• Kindergarten early entry option available.

1st & 2nd Grade Mon – Fri   8:30 to  3:00 p.m. – $630.00/mo

• 1st Graders must have had their 6th birthday by Sept 1st

Tuition discount 1%  if entire year paid in full

 

 Payment Methods:   Tuition may be paid online via our online management system Brightwheel or you can pay in cash or check to the main office.   Be advised that Brightwheel may charge fees if you opt to use a credit card.

 

Late Fee:  Tuition is due by the 5^th of each month.   If full payment is not received by the end of day on the 5^th, a $50.00 late fee will be applied.

 

Registration Fee:  There is a registration fee of $230.00, refundable only if CTVLS cannot provide a spot. (Classes are subject to minimum/maximum enrollment numbers.) For returning students, the registration fee is $180.00 due by February 7th, after which the fee increases to $230.00.

 

Curriculum & Materials Fee:  There is a non-refundable $155.00 curriculum and materials fee, (per child), due with the first month’s tuition.
Financial Aid:   Applications are required annually and priority is given to returning families.   Application for financial aid from returning families must be made by January 31^st. Applications for new families may be submitted beginning in February.  Request application from Seanna Bloemer.

 

Withdrawing from School:   Tuition payments are made in advance. If your child needs to be withdrawn from CTVLS during the school year, please note a 30 day written notice of withdrawal is required to cancel payments. If you provide less than 30 days notice of your scheduled payment, you will incur a tuition charge, per agreement in your enrollment application.

 

Immunizations: Please note that every child age 3-16 entering Oregon public or private schools must present evidence that their immunizations are current.  Please submit your child’s form to the office at the start of the school year.
