I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Education and Human Development/Family Sciences from Oregon State University in 2023. Since graduating, I have worked as an elementary substitute teacher in the Canby School District, gaining valuable experience across grade levels from kindergarten through sixth grade.

 

In the summer of 2024, I married my husband, Connor. We live in Aurora with our two cats. We both enjoy playing sports, especially tennis. I also coach girls tennis at Canby High School. Some of my other hobbies include camping, reading, and amateur birdwatching.

 

I am thrilled to begin this new chapter at Christ the Vine and to have a classroom of my own. I look forward to a smaller classroom community where I can connect with each student on a daily basis. What excites me most about teaching is seeing the growth of each student throughout the school year and discovering the most effective ways to support and inspire their learning.
